Synopsis
The British Empire needs to monopolise the exploitation of all the oil extracted from Kuwait reserves, and the head of the Intelligence Service entrusts this mission to the man-servant Totò. In order to achieve his aim, he must overcome a great many hilarious difficulties and eliminate all the spies of the other countries. But in the end, he succeeds and ends up back in Naples where he establishes a refinery.
