Synopsis
Totò and Pietro, his brother, make ends meet by living on their wits. Totò is clever and violent while Pietro, stupid and useless, must submit to the tyranny. Whilst being chased by the police, they steal a case from the station only to find a dead body inside which they decide to abandon in the country. During the car journey, they give a lift to two hitchhikers with an identical case; as a result of the obvious exchange, they break into the house were the two girls are staying and come across a group of dope smokers. Totò has a blow out which leaves him crazy.
Following sadistic and horrifying murders, they finish up in a lunatic asylum.
