Synopsis
Working-class Giacinto celebrates his silver wedding with Erminia by going to the cinema for the first time in years, but only finds immodest films showing. Erminia is scandalized but soon falls under their spell. The new editor of a pornographic magazine, Ottavi, suddenly rises from rags to riches, but soon finds himself on the wrong side of the law. But he does not lament, convinced of fighting a noble battle against obscurantism. Armida, wife of a young magistrate bitter enemy of the obscene press, is drawn to pornographic magazines and emerges transformed to the pleasant surprise of her husband.
